The Financial Report (incorporating Quarterly Financial Report No. 4) presents the consolidated financial outcomes for the State of Victoria.

The report (also known as the Annual Financial Report or AFR) includes the general government sector, the public non-financial corporations sector and the public financial corporations sector.
